The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS Youth Home Brättegården is located just outside Vänersborg. We accept non-compulsory school-age girls with psychosocial problems, mental health issues, as well as criminality and substance abuse.

Job Description

We are looking for an administrator for SiS Youth Home Brättegården who is interested in a broad and varied administrative role. Given the breadth of the assignment, you will have a changing workday, and it will require you to be flexible, independent, and good at prioritizing. You will have primary responsibility for archiving and educational coordination while also supporting personnel and financial administration.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant higher vocational education or university degree in administration or public management, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.

You have experience in qualified administrative work within public operations. We prefer that you have good knowledge of archiving and record-keeping, as well as experience in personnel administration. It is important that you have good IT skills. It is an advantage if you have worked with systems such as Primula, Besched, Visma Proceedo, Ciceron, Kurva, and KAJ.

As a person, you should have a service-oriented, humble, and relationship-building approach, and you need to have a sense of integrity, quality, and structure. You need to be proactive, meticulous, and well-organized with a certain degree of creativity. You are someone who appreciates and has strategies for handling multiple issues simultaneously.

The work requires a good ability to express oneself well in spoken and written Swedish.

A driving license is required for the position.

Employment:

The position is a permanent employment at 60% and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
